Circuit Training

Generally circuit training is aimed at overall fitness, but can also be made extremely specific.It is a system of exercising in which each person works at their own pace at a predetermined number of stations or exercises, for a set period of time or number of repetitions.

I can design appropriate circuits that can meet the group aims, as well as being able to adapt the circuit to cater for differences between individuals a combination of upper and lower body, torso and aerobic exercises will increase strength, lean body mass (decrease in fat) and lactate levels (aerobic and anaerobic).
