Reference for Stuart Palmer 1:1 Personal Trainer

I have been a member of various gyms for a number of years.  had my own training programme which had varied very little during my membership.

I decided that to improve my training and general fitness I would use one of the Personal Trainers. I chose to use the experience of Stuart Palmer as I had observed him working with other members in the Gym both male and female.

I initially booked 5 sessions with him.  At the first session he asked me questions regarding my health and diet.  I was keen to lose weight, increase my flexibility, and wanted to target specific areas of my body which I had been unable to with my current programme.

Not only did Stuart assess my fitness levels but he also provided me with dietary information. The exercises which Stuart gave me were challenging but he was supportive and gave me the incentive to push myself further than I would have done had I been training alone. I was surprised to find how many different exercises were to be had with just one piece of equipment..

The programme he gave me was interesting, varied, challenging and effective.  He has a wealth of knowledge regarding health and fitness.  He is patient and doesn’t make you feel embarrassed if you cannot instantly grasp a specific exercise.  As a result of my one to one training with Stuart I have lost a total of eighteen pounds in weight. I have been able to target specific areas of my body which has made a noticeable difference in my overall body shape.  Stuart has also shown me how to check my resting pulse rate which has dropped from 60 to 51 beats a minute, this shows that my heart is working more efficiently.

I feel more energised and I have found that my programme has become easier as my fitness level has improved.  Because of this I have booked further visits with Stuart to keep up the good work and look forward to even better results.  I would recommend Stuart Palmer to anyone who wants to change their approach to diet and general fitness.

I was looking for someone to help me progress my fitness, and tone certain areas of my body, as I was due to go away on holiday with a group of mixed ages, and felt if I was fitter and toned it would boost my confidence. As I am in my late forties, I chose Stuart as I thought I would feel more comfortable with him, and he would be more attuned with how I felt.I booked a session with Stuart,

I was a little nervous at first, but we chatted about my fitness levels, what goals I had and specific areas I felt needed attention.He has introduced me to a whole range of new ways to exercise, trampette, hula hoop, boxercise etc, no 2 sessions are the same. I can`t wait to get my boxing gloves on again!

Stuart is patient, and with his encouragement my confidence has improved. He has helped me tone certain areas, one of which was my stomach. This has proved invaluable as I am currently recovering from an operation on my stomach. I had a similar operation last year, but can tell my stomach muscles are definitely stronger, which means I am recovering a lot quicker.I am really looking forward to training again, I feel so much better for it. I would definitely recommend Stuart to anyone wanting to improve their fitness levels and shape, what ever their age or size.
